2016 – 2018 Operations Manager for Tough Mudder: Managing and directing the event delivery team setting up festival and obstacle course areas that host as many as 8-10k attendees per event. Collaborate with operational teams; construction, supply chain, workforce, venue, parking, safety and sponsors at locations around the U.S. As many as 6-8 events on the calendar year working with a budget of $4Mil./yr.
2017 – Site Coordinator for Essence Magazine: pre-planning and project meetings to help shape event. Assign responsibility of multiple budgets for various aspects of the festival.
2018 – 2020 Coordinate directly with producers at the Mayor’s Office to create a thematic art exhibit for the global campaign “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.” Overseeing the production elements, visual artwork selections and event crew to deliver an interactive art experience.
2016 – 2020 Delivering a variety of events throughout the U.S. working alongside production technicians, construction and operations. Responsible for hiring and training crew, contracting and negotiating vendor agreements, building event logistics, relationships and act as a liaison between clients and producers.
